The Johanneshof Pinot Gris 2026 appeals with its lovely pearl appearance. Bottled in July 2026 it is early in its journey, but proudly aromatic in style. The bouquet of white flowers and honeysuckle is followed by tropical guava and papaya nuances.

Technically dry in style (4g/l Rs), this beautifully balanced Pinot Gris displays richness of stone fruit, apricot, peach and pear flavours with a soft acidity core. A subtle mealy character on the palate, hints to the lees ageing of three months, resulting in a luscious, silky-smooth finish. 

Perfect with seared or grilled fish, chicken dishes, antipasto platters or just great on its own. At its best : now to 2032
