This fortified spirit is Johanneshof's interpretation of a Ruby Port. Many visits to Portugal have inspired our winemakers Edel and Warwick to pay homage to the great spirit of Oporto, the much loved 'Port'.

Johanneshof's Pheasant Plucker's Ruby is made from 100% hand harvested Marlborough Pinot Noir grapes and fortified with Johanneshof's fine aged Brandy, our Johanneshof Edelbrand. Small parcels are bottled, labelled and sealed with sealing wax, all by hand for your enjoyment. Like all our products, this is a "slow-beverage" for you to savour in good time and company.
